
Millions of Time Warner Cable subscribers, who for about a month were no longer receiving CBS and Showtime because of a legal battle, will see the blackout end at 6 p.m. ET on Labor Day. Returning channels also include TMC, Flix, Smithsonian, as well as CBS broadcast stations in New York, Los Angeles, Dallas, Boston, Chicago, Detroit, Denver and Pittsburgh.
