Ah, Halloween. It comes but once a year. Or is it twice? And what day is that again?
Finding out the right time to go trick-or-treating isn't as easy as it seems. Sure, the information is readily available online, and of course there's probably some phone number you can call for your township or whatever. But sometimes, life happens and you end up in costume, knocking on a neighbor's door a week early.
