A Salt Maker Looks to Shake Up Its Social Media Presence

For a company that bills itself as the maker of "the world's finest seasoned salt," Borsari hasn't attracted a lot of fans in social media. At this writing, the brand only had 133 Facebook fans and 73 followers on Twitter.


Clearly, the world's finest deserves better.


Whether Borsari's claim is true is up to the individual user's taste buds. Founders Adolph and Morando Borsari weren't taking a blind gamble when they launched the company back in 2002, though. Extensive testing revealed that a significant amount of people did think that Borsari salt tasted better. So began an unusual business.
