The art world never sleeps — and neither, apparently, does American pop art icon Andy Warhol. He's back in the spotlight.
A live stream Monday of the acclaimed artist's grave celebrated his birthday. Born Aug. 6, 1928, Warhol would have been 85 years old on Tuesday. He died in 1987 at age 58.
Live-streaming site EarthCam and Pittsburgh's Andy Warhol Museum kicked off an exhibition called "Figment" to honor the artist and highlight his thoughts on death. The name of the exhibition reportedly refers to one of Warhol's most famous musings on the bitter end: Read more...
