Google blocked the YouTube app for the Windows Phone — again. Google claims Microsoft’s app and browser technology is not yet advanced enough to provide the full YouTube experience, primarily because it does not use HTML5. And in more news from Microsoft, the tech company announced it is shutting down its online marketplace. It will remain live but users will no longer have the ability to purchase new games.
